Refund and Cancellation Policy
Majestic Scribe Encounter is offered as a monthly subscription for $95.99 CAD/month plus GST after a 30-day free trial. Payment method is required before the trial begins.
Customers may cancel future renewals through the billing portal when available, or by contacting scribe@majesticmanagement.ca. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a current billing period.
Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or approved by Majestic Designs Ltd. in writing.
